Become a Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor!
Study the history of Pilates and the principles behind the method and learn optimal alignment and movement sequencing of the fundamental classical and contemporary exercise repertoire on the mat and reformer. Emphasis is placed on learning the "why, how, when or when-not" of each exercise, to help you build successful and inclusive programs and sequences for clients of all ages and abilities for your clients in the future. Upon successful completion, you will be ready to teach both classical and contemporary beginner and open-level classes and know how to use props to support or challenge your clients.
