When can I start teaching? Each module or level of training typically has its own certificate. Once you have successfully completed a module and obtained the associated certificate, you will have the qualifications to begin teaching the repertoire covered in that specific module. As you progress through the training program and earn additional certificates, your teaching abilities and repertoire will expand, allowing you to work with a wider range of clients and levels.
What happens after I complete Mat 1? After completing the Pilates Mat 1 program, you can choose to further deepen your knowledge and expand your teaching skills by exploring additional modules and equipment-based training. Pilates Mat 2 or Reformer 1 is a natural progression from Mat 1.
How do I know what modules to take? The modules are structured in a progressive manner, building upon the foundational knowledge and skills gained in previous modules. For example, Mat 1 is required before progressing to Mat 2, Reformer 1 and Reformer 1-2. Follwing the sequence ensures that you have the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully engage with the material in the next module. Talk to one of our program advisors or instructors for guidance based on your goals and current level of expertise.
