Start teaching Fundamental Pilates Reformer right away! Upon completing the apprentice hours and assessments, you will receive a Fundamental Reformer Certificate of Completion. You will be ready to lead beginner-level reformer classes and sessions for various clients and backgrounds.

Mat 1 and attendance in 10 reformer classes.

In Reformer 2, we delve into the intermediate repertoire. You'll refine your teaching techniques and deepen your understanding of alignment principles and biomechanics. You'll discover how to assess clients' readiness for the intermediate level and the art of crafting seamless movement sequences, fostering continuous flow and rhythm. Upon completing Reformer 2, you will be equipped to confidently engage with intermediate clients, delivering challenging and effective full-body workouts. ​

The fundamental level mat work program (module 1) is the starting point, designed to prepare you to teach beginner-level clients. The program focuses on the foundational exercises, history, principles, anatomy, and teaching methodology. You will learn proper form for each fundamental level exercise, when and how to modify, progress and challenge, and how to teach open level mat classes. You will learn how to provide clear and concise cues that guide your clients through the exercises, helping them maintain proper form and alignment.

Upon successfully completing Reformer 3, students are awarded the Mat and Reformer Comprehensive Certificate, a recognition of your proficiency and expertise in teaching the advanced level repertoire on both the mat and the reformer.
